Where is Victoria Place?
Victoria Place is a planned luxury residential tower in the Kaka’ako District of Honolulu. A mixed commercial and retail district, Kaka’ako is a hot spot for foodies and shopping nestled between Downtown Honolulu and Ala Moana. Victoria Place will be on the front row of the neighborhood and ocean behind, between Victoria Ward Park and Kewalo Harbor.
Conveniently located just a minute walk from the nearby golden sands of Ala Moana Beach, Victoria Place will be part of the award-winning Ward Village community. Ward Village offers a host of features and amenities to those living within the community. As a resident of Victoria Place, opportunities will abound for luxury shopping, high-end restaurants, and hitting the beach for the island lifestyle.
Neighborhood Features Available To Residents of Victoria Place
Ward Village’s unique pedestrian-friendly design focuses on delivering the perfect blend of island lifestyle in the urban core. Residents of Victoria Place will be some of the luckiest in that respect - the golden sands of Ala Moana beach are less than a 5 minute walk away. Following the beach gets you to the lush gardens and banyan trees of Ala Moana Regional Park.
Ward Village is full of luxury shopping opportunities after your day at the beach. From Flotsam & Co’s unique found material jewelry to Diamond Head Chocolate Company, there are options aplenty. This is also true of restaurants - Hawaii is a cultural melting pot made of many diverse cultures, and the restaurants in Kaka’ako district represent that.
Rinka is one such example of that, located at 1001 Queen St in the lower levels of Ae’o residential tower. This renowned Japanese restaurant offers authentic Japanese cuisine in a modern setting. They aim to provide joyful experiences through the best possible cuisine and outstanding service.
Living in Victoria Place means living in luxury - and in walking distance of all of these and more.
