The Park Ward Village is a residential condominium project being developed in the Ward Village neighborhood of the Kakaako area in Honolulu, Hawaii. This tower will have over 500 condos for sale. The Howard Hughes Corporation is working in cooperation with Francesco Mozzati and Solomon Cordwell Buenz on the exterior design, Yabu Pushelburg on the interior design, and VITA Landscape Architecture on landscaping.

About The Park Ward Village

Designed during the pandemic, the 546 units in this 41-story tower are designed with today’s thinking in mind - and extra care has been put into making sure you’re comfy close to home. The Howard Hughes Corporation is working in cooperation with Francesco Mozzati and Solomon Cordwell Buenz on the exterior design, Yabu Pushelburg on the interior design, and VITA Landscape Architecture on landscaping. The tower is intended to play an anchoring role as the “Town Square” of the neighborhood.

The Park Ward Village is located on 333 Ward Ave. through 940 Auahi St, Honolulu, HI 96814. The Park Residential Tower will have a residential lobby entrance and a residential vehicle entry on Auahi Street, on the south side of the building. Auahi Street itself has a planned future extension into a pedestrian promenade to enhance neighborhood walkability.

It has a prime location in the Ward Village community that’s been designed from the ground up to be pedestrian friendly and to provide residents with the ultimate blend of urban core and island life. The 3.5 acre Victoria Ward Park is just next door, the beautiful Ala Moana Beach is close by and so are the many great activities that Kakaako has to offer.
