Where Is The Park Ward Village Being Built?

The Park Ward Village will be developed on the project site 333 Ward Ave. through 940 Auahi St, Honolulu, HI 96814. The Park Residential Tower will have a residential lobby entrance and a residential vehicle entry on Auahi Street, on the south side of the building. Auahi Street itself has a planned future extension into a pedestrian promenade to enhance neighborhood walkability.
As part of the award winning Ward Village community, The Park is in the Kakaako area of Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. This up and coming neighborhood is being designed from the ground up to be pedestrian friendly with an emphasis on merging the lifestyles of the urban core and island life.
Residents of Ward Village will not only have easy access to all of its great features - but also to the beautiful Ala Moana Beach and the rest of the Kakaako area as well.
Neighborhood features available to Residents of The Park Ward Village

Residents of The Park Ward Village will have easy access to the next door Victoria Ward Park with approximately 3.5 acres of park area including hardscape. A beautiful entryway will open up onto the new Auahi Street Promenade, offering easy walkability throughout the community. The Kakaako district as a whole is a vibrant area near downtown Honolulu, blending the island lifestyle with the urban core.
About The Park Ward Village
With homes in The Park Ward Village, you’re not just buying a condo - you’re buying a lifestyle.
Designed during the pandemic, extra care has been put into every unit in The Park Ward Village so you can spend long periods in comfort without leaving the tower. When you do leave for the neighborhood beyond, The Park intends to be the ‘town center’ of that lifestyle.
The Park Ward Village will be the 8th planned residential tower in the Howard Hughes developed master-planned community of Ward Village. Being developed on an oversize parcel, the tower will be angled in such a way to allow greater mauka-makai views for units. The interiors will have open floor plans, with styles inspired by Hawaiian mid-century architecture.
Units have a variety of upgrades available, such as an optional work nook to let you work comfortably from home.
Residents will also have access to The Park’s Amenity Deck - featuring resort-style amenities over an area 40% larger than Anaha’s, with a 57% larger outdoor area that includes tennis and pickleball courts.
The Park Ward Village - Services & Amenities
The Park Ward Village is being built with amenities in mind. One of these amenities is something new - Clubrooms, essentially functioning as a home without a bedroom for entertaining guests. Also available is the expansive private lanai - displaying the best of the city from the Pacific Ocean to Victoria Ward Park.
The ground floor of The Park will feature a unique retail destination accessible from all four sides of the building.
