Sans Souci is one of the very few towers in Hawaii that can truly be called beach front. This 13-story tower is an icon, with a famous namesake and units owned by stars - understandably so, since you can walk straight out the door onto the sandy beach. This is something that will never be allowed again due to zoning laws.

Constructed in 1960, amenities include large Lanais, laundry facilities on each floor, a resident manager, and a secure parking garage. Pets are OKAY, though must be verified prior to move in. Due to the curved structure, all units having an unobstructed panoramic view over the ocean, beach, and Waikiki to the north.

Sans Souci is located right on the beach in Southern Oahu. This building is close to the Waikiki area, across the street from Kapolei Regional Park and just south of Waikiki Aquarium.

Two doors to the south of Sans Souci is Michel’s At The Colony Surf - a world famous French Cuisine dining experience with oceanfront views.

The name Sans Souci means 'Without Worries' in French. It is a name that has been passed on through a series of buildings in the area, starting with a hotel in Waikiki in 1893. When that Sans Souci was demolished, a personal home was constructed in its place in 1927. This home was turned into a rooming and boarding house named the 'Sans Souci Inn' shortly after, visited by many famous individuals.
