Diamond Head Beach, Honolulu
Diamond Head Beach is located at the southernmost edge of Diamond Head. The attached park, Diamond Head Beach Park was formerly known as Kuilei Cliffs Beach Park. Diamond Head Beach wraps around below the Diamond Head lighthouse, with a shallow reef that extends right up to the beach at most parts. This beach isn't great for swimming, but is a known surf spot among residents.
Kapiolani Park Beach
Kapiolani Beach extends from Kuhio Beach to the Waikiki Aquarium and is a popular destination for bodyboarders. The attached Kapiolani Beach Park is fronted by grassy areas and coconut palm trees, directly across Kalakaua Avenue from the lush Kapiolani Park.
