Community Lifestyle

Taking its name from the distinctive Diamond Head volcanic tuff cone towering in the background, the Diamond Head area has some of the most prestigious neighborhoods on the island. The reason is clear - homes in this area have the benefits of the metro lifestyle within easy reach, while remaining outside the hustle and bustle of Honolulu itself. Not only that, residents of this area have easy access to numerous outdoor activities including multiple beaches, hiking trails, and the 300-acre Kapiolani Park.

This area is family-friendly, with both private and public schools located within easy commuting distance. The Diamond Head Neighborhood (within Diamond Head Area) is one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Hawaii, known for its wide streets and easy access to boutique shops and restaurants along Montserrat Avenue. Kahala is another world renowned neighborhood in the area, commonly known as the "Beverly Hills of Hawaii." Both of these neighborhoods are conveniently located less than 10 minutes from Downtown Honolulu.

While public transportation options are available, many residents prefer to have a car so they can travel at their own convenience.

Outdoor Recreation

The Diamond Head area is home to numerous beaches within easy reach, as well as plenty of outdoor recreational opportunities.
