Where Is The Central Ala Moana?
One of the things that shines most about The Central Ala Moana is its location in the up and coming Ala Moana area of Honolulu. The Central Ala Moana was designed and developed in partnership by Samkoo Pacific and Design Partners Incorporated (DPI). This is their second tower built in partnership, with the first being Kapiolani Residence - completed in 2018.
Design Partners, Incorporated are the third-largest architectural consulting firm in Hawaii and have been providing planning and design services since 1979. They have been and continue to be actively involved in dozens of development projects across Hawaii, ranging from government to residential and everything in between. The completion of The Central Ala Moana in 2021 marks the addition of another high-rise residential tower to their roster.
The Central Ala Moana - Condo Units
Units in The Central Ala Moana come in a variety of floor plans ranging from studio to 3-Bed, with each coming with a private lanai and parking. There are great views to be had in both Mauka and Makai directions, especially from the 20th floor and up. The best views are reserved for those on the highest floors, from 38 and up. Condo sizes range from 397 Sq. Ft. living space in the smallest studio configuration to 1,507 Sq. Ft. living space in the largest 3-bedroom.
